For children entering 3rd-10th grade.  Hello Horse Camp is a half day program perfect for the horse loving Acteeva camper.  Campers learn basic horsemanship and horse care, plus the fundamentals of Western riding in daily arena lessons.  Acteeva campers enrolled in Hello Horse Camp will meet after their final activity period at 2:00 and will walk over to the Briones Regional Park parking lot with a Hello Horse Camp counselor, where they will meet the Hello Horse Camp shuttle at 2:15pm.  Campers must enroll in the entire one week session.  Tuition is $375 per session.

Hello Horse Camp Activities

• Lessons in Western Riding- Daily! Riders learn the fundamentals such as equitation, neck reining, balanced seat and jogging in our spacious arena.

• Horsemanship- Daily! Campers learn the basics of safe horsemanship and caring for a horse.

• Ranch Chores and Animal Care - Daily! Campers learn the daily operations of a working ranch.  They help in the care and feeding of the horses and baby ranch animals, cleaning pens, routine vet care, cleaning tack and ranch chores.
